Pixals may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. If you wish to terminate this agreement or your Pixals account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Pixals makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service, or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Pixals be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Service or any Pixals Content.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pixals and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
